Outside Sales Representative
Location: Toronto, Ontario
The Territory Manager will be responsible for overall regional sales reporting, growing revenue and market share, prospecting new business, and project reporting and ensuring compliance to core company goals and expectations. This position will be responsible for stone fabrication sales and hardscape & masonry dealer sales in Ontario.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Reporting directly to the Sales Director and VP of Sales.
- Sales reporting and strategy on regional sales activities.
- Communicate sales reporting and sales forecasting to Senior Management.
- Provide product knowledge trainings to dealers and contractors.
- Developing sales growth within existing dealers.
- Prospecting new fabricators, masonry and hardscape dealers.
- Provide reporting and recommendations in support of regional initiatives.
- Work with forecasting by providing senior management with the necessary information and guidance for short- and long-range forecasting.
- Communicate results to key stakeholders in order to support informed business decisions by providing in depth analysis and recommendations.
REQUIREMENTS
- A four-year bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in masonry and hardscape sales.
- Experience in using Salesforce.com
- Excellent communication skills.
- Well organized and capable of running multiple tasks at a time.
- Proficient in CRM, MS Office, MS Project (or related), MS AX, –
- Must be able to travel 60% of time in territory.
