Administrative Support Professional

Location: Jay, ME


Position available: Immediately / Full time

Under the responsibility of the Director of Manufacturing Operations, the candidate must be a self starter to tracking inventory movement and performing various administrative tasks to support management processes. Our team members all share a positive attitude, fostering a supportive and energetic environment where everyone works together to achieve common goals.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Serve as a point of contact for Corporate or off-site requests
  • Managing purchase orders and accounts receivables
  • Performing various administrative tasks
  • Tracking inventory movement
  • Facilitate cycle counting of finished goods

Profile

You must be autonomous, open-minded, respect confidentiality, and demonstrate strong organizational skills and responsibility. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with strong communication and writing skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Intermediate level with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word
